Co-op City Little League Established 1969

History...

Co-op City little League was founded in 1969. In 1975, a plan was drawn up between the city and Co-op City manager, Riverbay Corp, for the creation of the co-op city fields. In 1979, the site was deeded to NYC Parks Department. The fields stand on the outskirts of the residential area, at the intersection of Co-op City Blvd and Bellamy Loop. The fields consist of a pair of excellently maintained baseball diamonds. The fenced in fields have dugouts for players and for fan enjoyment there are bleachers to sit and enjoy the games.  There is also a small picnic area with a concession stand and bathrooms. The fields are home to the Co-op City Little league for play during the spring, summer and fall baseball seasons.

Our Mission….

Co-op City Little League is an 501C non- profit organization serving the youth of the Bronx since 1969 and will continue to do so with the help of our residents, private businesses, and community leaders through support and contributions to help fund our little league.
